When is the PreSale?

We announce our lineup on the 4th of July. PreSale is typically 2-3 weeks before then.

How does the PreSale work?

In late June, we will reach out to registered guests by pass level - Platinums get access first, then Gold, then Pirate & Beach Bum. You will receive your personal PreSale code and the dates for Mile 0 Fest 2027 via email. You can book your passes online and use you code to use your credit.

Question 3

I just saw the dates and I won't be able to attend. What now?

The last day to request a refund for your registration is July 18th (14 days after the lineup is announced).

Question 4

How long is my pass level guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Your pass level is guaranteed only if you book during the PreSale period (before the lineup is announced). You previous pass level is no longer valid when tickets are available to the public.

Question 5

I have to wait to buy my tickets. How long is my code valid?

Accepted Answer

You can use your personal Registration code up to 14 days before festival.
